As a minimum criterion for English language proficiency students should possess one of the following:
- University of Cambridge exams (with grade at least B2 (FCE))
- IELTS (with grade at least 5)
- TOEFL (IBT) (with grade at least 71)
- IB English B Standard Level (SL) (with grade at least 5)
- IB English A: Literature SL & HL (with grade at least 4)
- Cambridge IGCSE or GCSE English as a second language (with grade at least D)
- Cambridge IGCSE or GCSE English as a first language (with grade at least E)
- Cambridge GCE English A levels (with grade at least D)
- Cambridge GCE AS level English language (with grade at least C)
- Anglia Examinations (with grade at least Intermediate)
- Password Skills Plus Test (with grade at least 5.5)
- Michigan Language Assessment (with grade at least ECCE (52))
- Pearson PTE Academic (with grade at least 58)
- Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF) (with grade at least B1)
Candidates who do not meet at least one of the above criteria may need to attend additional English classes.
